When my wife and I have sex, sperm does not come out. We are trying to have kids. What should I do?
What is not clear to me from your question is whether or not you are experiencing orgasm without ejaculation or are not able to achieve orgasm. If the former, it may be retrograde ejaculation, a situation where semen goes backward in the male genital tract. If the latter, it may be physical, psychological or both. In either case, an evaluation by a physician would be a good idea."
