My garage is a mess! What are some inexpensive things I can do to get it organized?
You can always set up a pegboard system for tools without too much expense ? either get the board and pegs/hangers individually at your local Home Depot or check out a kit like our storage track system here.
For larger items ? power tools, gardening supplies, even sports equipment ? an inexpensive shelf with a set of labeled tubs or boxes is an inexpensive organizing solution. The basic goal is the same as organizing in the rest of your home ? purge what you don?t use or need, categorize the rest according to use and then containerize. Good luck!"
