What is K-Y Jelly?
K-Y Brand Jelly is a personal lubricant. It is primarily used to increase the comfort and ease of sexual intercourse. It is safe for use with latex condoms and diaphragms since it is water based and does not contain oils that would break down the latex. One formulation contains a spermicide. K-Y Brand Jelly also has other uses. It is used by individuals with ostomies, and it is often used when taking a rectal temperature. It can be used anytime lubrication is needed."
