Must have been just the right kind of bump or something, because he's hit his head much harder before.The prognosis is normalcy, though. Give him 20 seconds to come back from breath-holding, then, if he passes out, just keep him laying flat, maybe a damp, cool cloth on his forehead.
The internist said it's best to have a watch so you can count the seconds as he holds his breath. "It'll give you something to do," she said, besides get scared.
