Recipe for a Happy Father's Day

Ingredients:
16 ounces frozen green beans
1/4 cup Italian-style seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook green beans according to package directions; drain. Place beans in a medium serving bowl and mix in breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano and basil. Toss mixture until the beans are coated. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.

Blueberry Dump Cake
Did you know that you could use your Crock Pot to make desserts? Well, you can! This concoction is delicious by itself, but it's absolutely scrumptious served with vanilla ice cream over top. And it's so simple to throw together that if you didn't make dessert very much before, you will now.

Ingredients:
1 can (21 ounces) blueberry pie filling
1 package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Place pie filling in Crock Pot. Combine dry cake mix and butter; sprinkle over filling. Sprinkle with walnuts. Cover and cook on low for two to three hours. Serve warm in bowls. Great topped with vanilla ice cream.
