A Day to Impress
Ways for New Dads to Make Her Mother's Day Special
By Mark Stackpole
The aforementioned jewelry might seem to be an obvious for an actual gift, but let's face it – giving and getting jewelry never gets old. Miracle is looking forward to celebrating her first Mother's Day. She believes that "anything from Tiffany & Company would make Mother's Day special" (though she confesses that she will be glad if her husband even remembers the holiday). Ballard concurs. "My husband gave me a beautiful locket with Ellie's initial on it," she says.
Remember that a meaningful gift does not have to mean a shopping trip to a high-end jewelry counter (of course, if it's triplets, then all bets are off). The gift should show the size of your heart, not necessarily that of your bank account.
